Please take your irrigation on time for the full time allotted.  Report residents who miss taking their irrigation on time to SRP and to Mark Babington, with the resident's name and address and the approximate time of breach.

 

To gain authorization for trail, contact Mark Babington or Veronica Solano.  Residents who authorize deliveries or traffic on the trails will be held financially responsible for damage to irrigation pipes and trail.

 

Not taking ordered irrigation is an offense that can result in a fine of up to $500 for each event by the HOA.  Collection will be billed on HOA statement.

 

Bottomline: Be a responsible and considerate neighbor by taking your irrigation timely and fully or make arrangements with a neighbor or or contractor to do so on your behalf.  Thank you.
